the interest of wagering patrons and the State of New Mexico in
a manner which promotes a climate of economic prosperity for horsemen,
horse owners and racetrack management.

Announcements:
Commencing Saturday, January 9, 2010, there will be a $35.00 fingerprint fee assessed on all applicants requiring a set of prints to be submitted with their NM Racing License. Payment must be made in the form of a money order or cashier’s check payable to NM Racing Commission.
